Article L6323-20 of the French Labour Code

The educational costs and the costs associated with the validation of skills and knowledge relating to the training are paid by the body mentioned in article L. 6333-1.

By way of derogation from the first paragraph of this article, the educational costs and the costs associated with the validation of skills and knowledge relating to the training followed as part of the professional transition project referred to in article L. 6323-17-1 are paid by the regional inter-professional joint committee referred to in article L. 6323-17-6.

The terms and conditions under which these costs are covered are determined by decree.

Les frais pédagogiques et les frais liés à la validation des compétences et des connaissances afférents à la formation sont pris en charge par l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 6333-1.

Par dérogation au premier alinéa du présent article, les frais pédagogiques et les frais liés à la validation des compétences et des connaissances afférents à la formation suivie dans le cadre du projet de transition professionnelle mentionné à l’article L. 6323-17-1 sont pris en charge par la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale mentionnée à l’article L. 6323-17-6.

Les modalités selon lesquelles ces prises en charges sont réalisées sont déterminées par décret.
