Article L7123-10 of the French Labour Code

An employee with an employment contract with a modelling agency is entitled to an indemnity in lieu of paid leave for each assignment, regardless of the duration of the assignment.

The amount of the indemnity, calculated on the basis of this duration, may not be less than one tenth of the total remuneration due to the employee.

The allowance is paid at the end of the service.

Le salarié lié à l’agence de mannequins par un contrat de travail a droit à une indemnité compensatrice de congé payé pour chaque prestation, quelle que soit la durée de celle-ci.

Le montant de l’indemnité, calculé en fonction de cette durée, ne peut être inférieur au dixième de la rémunération totale due au salarié.

L’indemnité est versée à la fin de la prestation.
