Article L7123-7 of the French Labour Code

The salary received by a model for a given service may not be less than a minimum percentage of the sums paid on this occasion by the user to the modelling agency.

This percentage is established, for the different types of service, by agreement or collective labour agreement.

Le salaire perçu par un mannequin pour une prestation donnée ne peut être inférieur à un pourcentage minimum des sommes versées à cette occasion par l’utilisateur à l’agence de mannequins.

Ce pourcentage est établi, pour les différents types de prestation, par convention ou accord collectif de travail.
