Article L7211-1 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of this Title apply to the employees defined in Article L. 7211-2, with the exception of caretakers attached to the owner, who are covered by the provisions of Title II applicable to domestic employees.

Les dispositions du présent titre sont applicables aux salariés définis à l’article L. 7211-2, à l’exclusion des concierges attachés à la personne même du propriétaire, lesquels relèvent des dispositions du titre II applicables aux employés de maison.
