The provisions relating to :
1° Moral harassment as provided for in articles L. 1152-1 et seq., sexual harassment as provided for in articles L. 1153-1 et seq. as well as the taking of legal action by trade union organisations arising from harassment in application of article L. 1154-2 ;
2° Absence due to illness or accident, as provided for in Article L. 1226-1 ;
3° Weekly rest, as provided for in articles L. 3132-1 et seq;
4° Public holidays, as provided for in articles L. 3133-1 et seq;
5° Leave for family events, as provided for in sub-section 1 of section 1 of chapter II of title IV of book I of part three;
6° The method of payment of wages provided for in articles L. 3241-1 et seq ;
7° Medical surveillance as defined in Title II of Book VI of Part Four.
