Article L7322-3 of the French Labour Code

Collective agreements setting out the conditions to be met by individual contracts concluded between companies and their self-employed branch managers are governed, as regards their validity, duration, termination, scope, effects and penalties, by the provisions of Book II of Part Two.

These agreements determine, in particular, the minimum remuneration guaranteed to self-employed managers, taking into account the size of the branch and its operating methods.

Les accords collectifs fixant les conditions auxquelles doivent satisfaire les contrats individuels conclus entre les entreprises et leurs gérants de succursales non salariés sont régis, en ce qui concerne leur validité, leur durée, leur résolution, leur champ d’application, leurs effets et leurs sanctions, par les dispositions du livre II de la deuxième partie.

Ces accords déterminent, notamment, le minimum de la rémunération garantie aux gérants non salariés, compte tenu de l’importance de la succursale et des modalités d’exploitation de celle-ci.
