Negotiations may also be initiated at sector level on any other topic relating to working conditions and the performance of the activity, in particular:

1° The procedures for exchanging information between the platform and the workers on the organisation of their commercial relations;

2° The procedures for monitoring by the platform of the activity of the self-employed worker and the performance of the service for which he is responsible, the circumstances that may lead to a breakdown in the commercial relations between the platform and the self-employed worker as well as the guarantees from which the interested party benefits in this case with regard to the provisions of Article L. 442-1 of the French Commercial Code;

3° Supplementary social protection benefits falling within the scope of Articles L. 911-1 and L. 911-2 of the Social Security Code.

Une négociation peut également être engagée au niveau du secteur sur tout autre thème relatif aux conditions de travail et d’exercice de l’activité, notamment :

1° Les modalités d’échanges d’informations entre la plateforme et les travailleurs sur l’organisation de leurs relations commerciales ;

2° Les modalités de contrôle par la plateforme de l’activité du travailleur indépendant et de la réalisation de la prestation lui incombant, les circonstances pouvant conduire à une rupture des relations commerciales entre la plateforme et le travailleur indépendant ainsi que les garanties dont l’intéressé bénéficie dans ce cas au regard des dispositions de l’article L. 442-1 du code de commerce ;

3° Les prestations de protection sociale complémentaire entrant dans le champ des articles L. 911-1 et L. 911-2 du code de la sécurité sociale.
