Article L7345-7 of the French Labour Code

As part of its mediation function referred to in 7° of Article L. 7345-1, the Employment Platforms Social Relations Authority is responsible for proposing to the platforms referred to in Article L. 7343-1 and to the self-employed workers using them for their activity, in the event of a dispute relating to the implementation of a sector collective agreement, a structured process enabling them to reach an agreement. Within this framework, it may recommend solutions to the parties to the mediation.

Referrals to the Employment Platforms Labour Relations Authority may be made free of charge by an employment platform or by a representative appointed pursuant to Article L. 7343-12.

When it makes a recommendation, it must be made within a reasonable timeframe and must state the reasons for the recommendation.

Au titre de sa fonction de médiation mentionnée au 7° de l’article L. 7345-1, l’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi est chargée de proposer aux plateformes mentionnées à l’article L. 7343-1 et aux travailleurs indépendants y recourant pour leur activité, en cas de différend relatif à la mise en œuvre d’un accord collectif de secteur, un processus structuré leur permettant de parvenir à un accord. Elle peut, dans ce cadre, recommander des solutions aux parties à la médiation.


L’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi est saisie gratuitement par une plateforme ou par un représentant désigné en application de l’article L. 7343-12.


Lorsqu’elle formule une recommandation, celle-ci est prise dans un délai raisonnable et motivée.
