Article LO6431-9 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Territorial Council meets at the initiative of its President, at least once every three months, at a location in the community chosen by the Executive Council.

For years in which the Territorial Council is renewed, the first meeting is held as of right on the second Friday following the first ballot.

Le conseil territorial se réunit à l’initiative de son président, au moins une fois par trimestre, dans un lieu de la collectivité choisi par le conseil exécutif.

Pour les années où a lieu le renouvellement du conseil territorial, la première réunion se tient de plein droit le second vendredi qui suit le premier tour de scrutin.
