Article R121-4-1 of the French Sports Code

When it informs the Prefect of the département in which the sports association has its registered office of the association’s membership, the approved sports federation attaches the certificate of subscription to the republican commitment contract mentioned in 4° of article R. 121-4.

Lorsqu’elle informe le préfet du département du siège de l’association sportive de l’affiliation de cette dernière, la fédération sportive agréée joint l’attestation de souscription du contrat d’engagement républicain mentionnée au 4° de l’article R. 121-4.
