Article R1233-19 of the French Labour Code

During the preliminary interview provided for in Article L. 1233-11, in the event of redundancy of less than ten employees within the same thirty-day period, the employer informs the employee of the conditions for implementing the redeployment leave.

When the employer is not obliged to call the employees to this interview, in the event of redundancies of ten or more employees within the same thirty-day period, he informs them, at the end of the last meeting of the social and economic committee, of the conditions for implementing the redeployment leave.

Lors de l’entretien préalable prévu à l’article L. 1233-11, en cas de licenciement de moins de dix salariés dans une même période de trente jours, l’employeur informe le salarié des conditions de mise en œuvre du congé de reclassement.


Lorsque l’employeur n’est pas tenu de convoquer les salariés à cet entretien, en cas de licenciement de dix salariés ou plus dans une même période de trente jours, il les informe, à l’issue de la dernière réunion du comité social et économique, des conditions de mise en œuvre du congé de reclassement.
