Article R1241-5 of the French Public Health Code

When the donor of haematopoietic cells taken from bone marrow or peripheral blood is the subject of a legal protection measure with representation relating to the person, the information given to the protected adult mentioned in article R. 1241-3 is also given to the person in charge of the protection measure or to the ad hoc administrator appointed by the guardianship judge under the conditions provided for in the third paragraph of article L. 1241-4.

Lorsque le donneur de cellules hématopoïétiques prélevées dans la moelle osseuse ou dans le sang périphérique fait l’objet d’une mesure de protection juridique avec représentation relative à la personne, l’information délivrée au majeur protégé mentionnée à l’article R. 1241-3 est également délivrée à la personne chargée de la mesure de protection ou à l’administrateur ad hoc désigné par le juge des tutelles dans les conditions prévues au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 1241-4.
