Article R1255-8 of the French Labour Code

If the person responsible for managing the facilities or means of public transport in the user company prevents a temporary employee from having access, under the same conditions as the employees of this company, to these public facilities, in disregard of the provisions of article L. 1253-14, he/she will be punished by a fifth-class fine.
A repeat offence under this article is punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the French Penal Code.

Le fait, pour la personne responsable de la gestion des installations ou des moyens de transports collectifs dans l’entreprise utilisatrice, d’empêcher un salarié temporaire d’avoir accès, dans les mêmes conditions que les salariés de cette entreprise, à ces équipements collectifs, en méconnaissance des dispositions de l’article L. 1253-14, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la cinquième classe.
La récidive de la contravention prévue au présent article est réprimée conformément aux articles 132-11 et 132-15 du code pénal.
