Article R1271-10 of the French Labour Code

National authorisation is granted after consultation with the Banque de France and the Agence centrale des organismes de sécurité sociale.

The decision to grant or refuse authorisation is notified in writing.

The list of organisations and establishments authorised to issue the special payment voucher referred to in B of article L. 1271-1 is published in the official bulletin of the ministry responsible for services and on the website of the minister responsible for personal services.

L’habilitation nationale est délivrée, après avis de la Banque de France et de l’Agence centrale des organismes de sécurité sociale.

La décision d’habilitation ou de refus d’habilitation fait l’objet d’une notification écrite.

La liste des organismes et établissements habilités à émettre le titre spécial de paiement mentionné au B de l’article L. 1271-1 est publiée au bulletin officiel du ministère chargé des services ainsi que sur le site internet du ministre chargé des services à la personne.
