Article D1271-6 of the French Labour Code
The universal employment-service voucher, which has the nature of a special payment voucher, is called a “pre-financed universal employment-service voucher”.

The universal employment-service voucher, which has the nature of a special payment voucher, is called a “pre-financed universal employment-service voucher”.
The special payment voucher referred to in B of article L. 1271-1 is issued on paper or in dematerialised form, in accordance with the provisions of article D. 1271-4.
In order to issue the special payment vouchers referred to in B of article L. 1271-1 of this code, the specialised organisations and establishments or the establishments referred to in article L. 1271-9 are authorised by the Minister responsible for personal services.
The authorisation of bodies and establishments covers : 1° Issuing universal employment-service vouchers ; 2° Reimbursement of these special payment vouchers, under the conditions set out in articles L. 1271-15, R. 1271-13 to R. 1271-18, D. 1271-28 and D. 1271-29 of this Code and article D. 133-26 of the Social Security Code: a) Employees working in jobs falling within the scope of the services mentioned in Article L. 7231-1 of…
