Article R131-29 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

In the event of suspension of the effects of a cheque-writing ban pursuant to Article L. 643-12 of the French Commercial Code, the drawee shall send the Banque de France, no later than the second business day following the debtor’s submission of the copy of the closing judgement accompanied by the statement of payment incidents, the requests for cancellation of each of the incident declarations concerning cheques issued prior to the judgement opening the proceedings.

En cas de suspension des effets d’une mesure d’interdiction d’émettre des chèques en application de l’article L. 643-12 du code de commerce, le tiré transmet à la Banque de France, au plus tard le deuxième jour ouvré suivant la remise par le débiteur de l’expédition du jugement de clôture accompagnée du relevé des incidents de paiement, les demandes d’annulation de chacune des déclarations d’incidents concernant les chèques émis avant le jugement d’ouverture de la procédure.
