Article R1413-60 of the French Public Health Code

An agreement between the Director General of the Regional Health Agency and the Director General of the Nuclear Safety Authority referred to inArticle L. 592-1 of the Environmental Code, or his representative in the region, specifies how these institutions will work together in the field of radiation protection, in particular for the management of significant events likely to have an impact on human health.

Une convention passée entre le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé et le directeur général de l’Autorité de sûreté nucléaire mentionnée à l’article L. 592-1 du code de l’environnement ou son représentant en région précise les modalités de collaboration de ces institutions dans le domaine de la radioprotection, notamment pour la gestion des événements significatifs susceptibles d’avoir un impact sur la santé humaine.
