Article R1425-14 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

A report, drawn up by the chairman, is sent, at least fifteen days before the date of the meeting, to the members of the committee as well as to the parties concerned by the draft agreement. The latter are heard at their request.

The final opinion of the commission is notified to the parties concerned by the draft agreement.

The prefect is notified of all these procedures.

Un rapport, élaboré par le président, est adressé, au moins quinze jours avant la date de la réunion, aux membres de la commission ainsi qu’aux parties concernées par le projet de convention. Celles-ci sont entendues à leur demande.

L’avis définitif de la commission est notifié aux parties concernées par le projet de convention.

Le préfet reçoit communication de l’ensemble de ces procédures.
