Article R1441-6 of the French Labour Code

In the event of a tie between two or more organisations pursuant to Article R. 1441-5, the seat is awarded to the trade union organisation that obtained the most votes cast for that section.

In the event of a tie in application of the previous paragraph, the seat is awarded to the trade union organisation that obtained the most votes cast at departmental level for all the sections.

In the event of a tie in application of the previous paragraph, the seat is awarded to the trade union organisation that obtained the most votes cast at regional level for the section concerned.

In the event of a tie in application of the previous paragraph, the seat is awarded to the trade union organisation that obtained the most votes cast at national level for the section concerned.

Article R1441-6

En cas d’égalité entre deux ou plusieurs organisations en application de l’article R. 1441-5, le siège est attribué à l’organisation syndicale qui a obtenu le plus de suffrages exprimés pour cette section.

En cas d’égalité en application de l’alinéa précédent, le siège est attribué à l’organisation syndicale qui a obtenu le plus de suffrages exprimés au niveau départemental pour l’ensemble des sections.

En cas d’égalité en application de l’alinéa précédent, le siège est attribué à l’organisation syndicale qui a obtenu le plus de suffrages exprimés au niveau régional pour la section concernée.

En cas d’égalité en application de l’alinéa précédent, le siège est attribué à l’organisation syndicale qui a obtenu le plus de suffrages exprimés au niveau national pour la section concernée.
