Article R211-19 of the French Tourism Code

The rules relating to the obligation to inform air passengers of the identity of the air carrier outside the sale of tourist packages are set out in articles R. 322-3 to R. 322-6 of the Civil Aviation Code and the penalties applicable in the event of failure to comply with this obligation are set out in paragraph 5 of Article R. 330-20 of the French Civil Aviation Code.

Les règles relatives à l’obligation d’information des passagers aériens sur l’identité du transporteur aérien en dehors des ventes de forfaits touristiques sont fixées par les articles R. 322-3 à R. 322-6 du code de l’aviation civile et les sanctions applicables en cas de méconnaissance de cette obligation sont fixées par le paragraphe 5 de l’article R. 330-20 du code de l’aviation civile.
