Article R211-50 of the French Tourism Code

Any natural or legal person who is a national of another Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and who wishes to become established in France in order to carry out the activities referred to in I of article L. 211-1 must submit an application for registration to the registration commission referred to in article L. 141-2.

The documents making up the application for registration provided for in article R. 211-20 must be accompanied, where necessary, by a translation into French.

Toute personne physique ou morale ressortissante d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou d’un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen qui souhaite s’établir en France, pour l’exercice d’activités mentionnées au I de l’article L. 211-1, est tenue de déposer une demande d’immatriculation auprès de la commission d’immatriculation mentionnée à l’article L. 141-2.


Aux documents constitutifs de la demande d’immatriculation prévue à l’article R. 211-20 est jointe, en tant que de besoin, leur traduction en langue française.
