Article R2112-14 of the French Public Health Code

In order to organise the practice of voluntary termination of pregnancy by medication, the President of the General Council may enter into an agreement with a family planning or education centre, a health centre or a practitioner.

For the application of the first paragraph in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the words: “President of the General Council” are replaced by the words: “President of the Territorial Council”.

Pour organiser la pratique d’interruptions volontaires de grossesse par voie médicamenteuse, le président du conseil général peut passer convention avec un centre de planification ou d’éducation familiale, un centre de santé ou un praticien.

Pour l’application du premier alinéa à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy et Saint-Martin, les mots : ” président du conseil général ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” président du conseil territorial ” .
