Once voting is over, the polling station counts the postal votes in open session, in the presence of the National Commission for Voting Operations. The polling station and the Commission Nationale des Opérations de Vote may enter their observations in the minutes.

Après la fin du vote, le bureau de vote procède au dépouillement des votes par correspondance en séance publique, en présence de la Commission nationale des opérations de vote. Le bureau de vote et la Commission nationale des opérations de vote peuvent faire inscrire leurs observations au procès-verbal.
