Article R2122-93 of the French Labour Code

The appeals provided for in article L. 2122-10-11 shall be lodged after the ballot, within a period of fifteen days from the posting of the results referred to in article R. 2122-92 by any elector or any representative of a candidate organisation in the region for which the appeal is lodged, on pain of inadmissibility.

The appeal is lodged with the judicial court in whose jurisdiction the regional voting commission that declared the results that are the subject of the appeal has its seat.

Les contestations prévues à l’article L. 2122-10-11 sont formées postérieurement au scrutin, dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de l’affichage des résultats mentionné à l’article R. 2122-92 par tout électeur ou tout mandataire d’une organisation candidate relevant de la région pour laquelle la contestation est formée, à peine d’irrecevabilité.


Le recours est porté devant le tribunal judiciaire dans le ressort duquel siège la commission régionale des opérations de vote ayant proclamé les résultats faisant l’objet du recours.
