The decision of the judicial court may be the subject of an appeal to the Court of Cassation lodged, investigated and judged under the conditions provided for by the Code of Civil Procedure in matters of professional elections.
The parties are exempted from the requirement to appear before the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de Cassation.

Les parties sont dispensées du ministère d’avocat au Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de cassation.
