Where an invitation to tender has been issued in the form of a prior information notice or a periodic indicative notice, the purchaser shall send a simultaneous written invitation to all economic operators who have expressed an interest, asking them to confirm their interest in participating in the award procedure.

Lorsqu’un appel à la concurrence a été lancé sous la forme d’un avis de préinformation ou d’un avis périodique indicatif, l’acheteur adresse une invitation simultanément et par écrit à tous les opérateurs économiques qui ont manifesté leur intérêt, en leur demandant de confirmer leur intérêt à participer à la procédure de passation.
