The doctor or midwife will deliver to the woman the medicines required to carry out the voluntary interruption of pregnancy.

By way of derogation from the provisions of the first paragraph, in the context of a teleconsultation referred to in 1° of article R. 6316-1, the medicines required for the voluntary termination of pregnancy are prescribed by the doctor or midwife and dispensed by a dispensing chemist. The doctor or midwife draws up the prescription, indicates on the prescription the name of the public or private health establishment with which the agreement referred to in article R. 2212-9 has been concluded and the date of this agreement and sends the prescription, by secure messaging system meeting the conditions laid down in article L. 1470-5 or by any means guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information, to the dispensing pharmacy previously designated by the woman. Medicines are dispensed to the woman in such a way as to guarantee confidentiality and, where appropriate, to enable the woman’s anonymity to be preserved.

Le médecin ou la sage-femme procède à la délivrance à la femme des médicaments nécessaires à la réalisation de l’interruption volontaire de grossesse.

Par dérogation aux dispositions du premier alinéa, dans le cadre d’une téléconsultation mentionnée au 1° de l’article R. 6316-1, les médicaments nécessaires à la réalisation de l’interruption volontaire de grossesse sont prescrits par le médecin ou la sage-femme et délivrés par une pharmacie d’officine. Le médecin ou la sage-femme établit la prescription, indique sur l’ordonnance le nom de l’établissement de santé, public ou privé, avec lequel a été conclue la convention mentionnée à l’article R. 2212-9 et la date de cette convention et transmet l’ordonnance, par messagerie sécurisée répondant aux conditions prévues à l’article L. 1470-5 ou par tout moyen garantissant la confidentialité des informations, à la pharmacie d’officine désignée préalablement par la femme. Les médicaments sont délivrés à la femme de manière à garantir la confidentialité et, le cas échéant, de permettre de préserver l’anonymat de l’intéressée.
