If the Commission considers that there is a substantial difference between the level of qualification attested by the documentary evidence mentioned in article R. 222-23 and the level of qualification required to exercise the activity of sports agent in France, it shall recognise the qualification if it considers that this difference is entirely covered by the experience, skills and competencies acquired by the person concerned through full-time or part-time professional experience or lifelong learning and having been formally validated for this purpose by a competent body in a Member State or in a third country. If this is not the case, it will determine the details of a compensatory measure, which may be either an aptitude test or an adaptation period.
The person concerned is notified of the reasoned decision prescribing a compensatory measure within the period of one or three months referred to in the second paragraph of article R. 222-24. The aptitude test is held within six months of this decision. The commission then recognises the qualification of the person concerned within one month of receiving the documents proving that the compensation measure has been completed. If it does not notify its decision within this period, it is deemed to have tacitly recognised the qualification.
