Article R2223-75 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The staff of funeral directors, undertakers or associations and their establishments authorised in accordance with Article L. 2223-23 mandated by any person who is entitled to provide for the funeral, have access to funeral chambers for the deposit and removal of bodies and the practice of the conservation treatments mentioned in 3° of article L. 2223-19 and funeral grooming.

Les personnels des régies, entreprises ou associations de pompes funèbres et leurs établissements habilitées conformément à l’article L. 2223-23 mandatés par toute personne qui a qualité pour pourvoir aux funérailles ont accès aux chambres funéraires pour le dépôt et le retrait des corps et la pratique des soins de conservation mentionnés au 3° de l’article L. 2223-19 et de la toilette mortuaire.
