Article R2315-9 of the French Labour Code

The training of the members of the staff delegation of the social and economic committee referred to in article L. 2315-18 is intended to:

1° Develop their ability to detect and measure occupational risks and their capacity to analyse working conditions;

2° To introduce them to the methods and procedures to be implemented to prevent occupational risks and improve working conditions.

La formation des membres de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique mentionnée à l’article L. 2315-18 a pour objet :

1° De développer leur aptitude à déceler et à mesurer les risques professionnels et leur capacité d’analyse des conditions de travail ;

2° De les initier aux méthodes et procédés à mettre en œuvre pour prévenir les risques professionnels et améliorer les conditions de travail.
