Article R2333-105-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The fee payable each year to a municipality, a public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation or a mixed syndicate for the temporary occupation, recorded over the course of a year, of its public domain by work sites on public electricity distribution network structures is set by the municipal council, the community council or the syndicate committee within the limit of the following ceiling:

Where:

PR’D expressed in euros, is the ceiling for the fee payable, in respect of the temporary occupation of the public domain by work sites, by the distribution network operator;

PRD is the ceiling for the fee payable by the distribution network operator under article R. 2333-105.

La redevance due chaque année à une commune, un établissement public de coopération intercommunale ou un syndicat mixte pour l’occupation provisoire, constatée au cours d’une année, de son domaine public par les chantiers de travaux sur des ouvrages du réseau public de distribution d’électricité est fixée par le conseil municipal, le conseil communautaire ou le comité syndical dans la limite du plafond suivant :

PR’D=PRD/5

Où :

PR’D exprimé en euros, est le plafond de redevance due, au titre de l’occupation provisoire du domaine public par les chantiers de travaux, par le gestionnaire du réseau de distribution ;

PRD est le plafond de redevance due par le gestionnaire du réseau de distribution au titre de l’article R. 2333-105.
