Article R2333-115 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When part of the municipal public domain is made available to a public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation or a mixed syndicate, under the conditions set out in article L. 1321-2 of this code, the municipality, the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation or the mixed syndicate set, under the conditions provided for in articles R. 2333-114 and R. 2333-114-1, each insofar as it is concerned, the amount of the fees due for the occupation of the public domain they manage by gas transmission and distribution facilities and by individual gas pipelines or by work sites on these facilities.

Article R2333-115

Lorsqu’une partie du domaine public communal est mise à la disposition d’un établissement public de coopération intercommunale ou d’un syndicat mixte, dans les conditions fixées à l’article L. 1321-2 du présent code, la commune, l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale ou le syndicat mixte fixent dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 2333-114 et R. 2333-114-1, chacun en ce qui le concerne, le montant des redevances dues pour l’occupation du domaine public qu’ils gèrent par les ouvrages de transport et de distribution de gaz et par les canalisations particulières de gaz ou par les chantiers de travaux sur ces ouvrages.
