Article R270 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

I.-The first sentence of the first paragraph of Article R. 45 shall read as follows:

“The objection made by the accused, within the time limits provided for in either the third or fifth paragraphs of article 527 or article 849, must be made:”

II.-In the fourth paragraph of the same article, the following words are inserted after the words “the letter of notification”: “or a signed copy of the notice” and the following words are inserted after the words: “the references given thereon”: “or on the notice”.

I.-La première phrase du premier alinéa de l’article R. 45 est rédigée comme suit :

” L’opposition faite par le prévenu, dans les délais prévus, soit au troisième, soit au cinquième alinéa de l’article 527, soit à l’article 849, doit être formée : ”

II.-Au quatrième alinéa du même article, il est inséré après les mots : ” la lettre de notification ” les mots : ” ou un exemplaire de l’avis émargé ” et après les mots : ” les références portées sur celle-ci ” les mots : ” ou sur l’avis “.
