Article R311-19 of the French Insurance Code

The services and infrastructures referred to in I of this Article L. 311-51 are provided to the purchaser:

1° On the terms set out in an agreement concluded between the person subject to a resolution procedure and the purchaser, where they were provided, under the terms of this agreement, immediately prior to the application of a resolution measure;

2° In the absence of such an agreement or where the agreement has expired, under market conditions, following the intervention of the resolution college provided for in I of Article L. 311-51.

Article R311-19

Les services et infrastructures mentionnés au I de cet article L. 311-51 sont fournis à l’acquéreur :

1° Aux conditions prévues par un accord conclu entre la personne soumise à une procédure de résolution et l’acquéreur, lorsqu’ils ont été fournis, aux termes de cet accord, immédiatement avant l’application d’une mesure de résolution ;

2° En l’absence d’un tel accord ou lorsque cet accord a expiré, aux conditions du marché, à la suite de l’intervention du collège de résolution prévue au I de l’article L. 311-51.
