Article R3111-4-1 of the French Public Health Code

The hepatitis B vaccination of thanatopractors undergoing practical training and practising is carried out under the conditions set out in articles L. 3111-1 and L. 4151-2.

This vaccination is carried out in accordance with the vaccination schedule mentioned in article L. 3111-1.

The person’s immunisation status is verified in accordance with the conditions defined by order of the Minister for Health.

Proof of vaccination is provided by presentation of a medical certificate, drawn up after verification of the person’s immunisation, stating that he/she meets the legal requirements for vaccination against hepatitis B.

Article R3111-4-1

La vaccination contre l’hépatite B des thanatopracteurs en formation pratique et en exercice est effectuée dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 3111-1 et L. 4151-2.

Cette vaccination est réalisée conformément au calendrier des vaccinations mentionné à l’article L. 3111-1.

Il est procédé à la vérification de l’immunisation de la personne selon des conditions définies par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

La preuve de la vaccination est apportée par la présentation d’un certificat médical, établi après vérification de l’immunisation de la personne, indiquant qu’elle répond aux obligations légales de vaccination contre l’hépatite B.
