Article R312-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The members of the Observatory mentioned in 2° and 3° of article R. 312-9 are appointed for a renewable term of three years.

If a seat falls vacant during the term of office due to the resignation of its holder, his permanent impediment or the loss of the capacity that justified his appointment, another member is appointed under the same conditions as the one he replaces for the remainder of his term of office.

The members of the Banking Inclusion Observatory carry out their duties free of charge, without prejudice to the reimbursement of expenses incurred for this purpose.

The members of the Observatory and the qualified persons invited to take part in its meetings have a duty of discretion with regard to any information that comes to their knowledge by virtue of their duties.

Les membres de l’observatoire mentionnés aux 2° et 3° de l’article R. 312-9 sont nommés pour une durée de trois ans renouvelable.

En cas de vacance d’un siège en cours de mandat du fait de la démission de son titulaire, de son empêchement définitif ou de la perte de la qualité ayant justifié sa désignation, un autre membre est nommé dans les mêmes conditions que celui qu’il remplace pour la durée restant à courir de son mandat.

Les membres de l’Observatoire de l’inclusion bancaire exercent leurs fonctions à titre gratuit, sans préjudice du remboursement des frais exposés à cet effet.

Les membres de l’observatoire ainsi que les personnalités qualifiées invitées à participer à ses séances ont un devoir de discrétion pour les informations dont ils ont connaissance en raison de leurs fonctions.
