Approval is subject to :

1° Compliance of the enclosure and its component works with the technical provisions and standards relating to the construction, servicing and access of the buildings applicable to them;

2° Compliance with any special requirements made necessary by the configuration of the enclosure, its environment or the use for which it is intended.

Article R312-12

L’homologation est subordonnée :

1° A la conformité de l’enceinte et des ouvrages qui la composent aux dispositions et normes techniques relatives à la construction, à la desserte et à l’accès des bâtiments qui leur sont applicables ;

2° Au respect de toute prescription particulière rendue nécessaire par la configuration de l’enceinte, son environnement ou l’usage auquel elle est destinée.
