For the application of the provisions of the second indent of the first paragraph of Article L. 322-2-3, the legally distinct undertaking entrusted with the management of legal protection claims is either an undertaking governed by the Insurance Code, a civil company, a commercial company or an economic interest grouping.

Pour l’application des dispositions du deuxième tiret du premier alinéa de l’article L. 322-2-3, l’entreprise juridiquement distincte à qui est confiée la gestion des sinistres de la branche de protection juridique est soit une entreprise régie par le code des assurances, soit une société civile, soit une société commerciale, soit un groupement d’intérêt économique.
