Article R322-42 of the French Insurance Code

The mutual insurance companies defined in Article L. 322-26-1 and the companies referred to in Article L. 322-26-4 shall operate under the conditions set out in this Section subject to the specific provisions of Sections V, VI and VII of this Chapter.

Les sociétés d’assurance mutuelles définies à l’article L. 322-26-1 ainsi que les sociétés mentionnées à l’article L. 322-26-4 fonctionnent dans les conditions énoncées à la présente section sous réserve des dispositions particulières des sections V, VI et VII du présent chapitre.
