The Articles of Association set out the conditions for convening General Meetings: the notice of meeting must be published in a newspaper authorised to carry legal advertisements in the département in which the registered office is located and at least fifteen days before the date set for the General Meeting.
The notice convening the meeting must state the agenda; the meeting may only deliberate on matters appearing on the agenda.
The agenda may only contain the proposals of the Board of Directors, the Management Board or the Supervisory Board and those which will have been communicated to it at least twenty-five days before the General Meeting with the signature of at least one tenth of the members for companies with less than one thousand members, at least one hundredth of the members for companies with between one thousand and ten thousand members, at least one hundredth of the members for companies with between ten thousand and one hundred thousand members, and at least one thousand members for companies with more than one hundred thousand members.
All members who so request must be informed of each General Meeting within the period allowed for convening the meeting.
