A part-time employee, employed for a number of hours equal to or greater than half of the legal weekly working time or the weekly working time provided for in the collective bargaining agreement, if the latter is less, benefits from the reimbursements provided for in articles L. 3261-3 and L. 3261-3-1 under the same conditions as a full-time employee.
A part-time employee, employed for a number of hours less than half of the full-time working time defined in accordance with the first paragraph, benefits from a contribution calculated in proportion to the number of hours worked in relation to half of the full-time working time.
