Article R343-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A natural person may only be entered on the list of ad hoc administrators provided for in article R. 343-2 only if he meets the following conditions:
1° Be at least twenty-three and no more than seventy years of age;
2° Have been known for a sufficient period of time for their interest in children’s issues and for their competence;
3° Have their residence within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal ;
4° Not have been the perpetrator of acts that have given rise to a criminal conviction or disciplinary or administrative sanction for actions contrary to honour, probity or good morals;
5° Not have been subject to personal bankruptcy or another sanction enacted pursuant to Book VI of the Commercial Code relating to business difficulties.

Une personne physique ne peut être inscrite sur la liste des administrateurs ad hoc prévue à l’article R. 343-2 que si elle remplit les conditions suivantes :
1° Etre âgée de vingt-trois ans au moins et soixante-dix ans au plus ;
2° S’être signalée depuis un temps suffisant par l’intérêt qu’elle porte aux questions de l’enfance et par sa compétence ;
3° Avoir sa résidence dans le ressort de la cour d’appel ;
4° Ne pas avoir été l’auteur de faits ayant donné lieu à condamnation pénale ou à sanction disciplinaire ou administrative pour agissements contraires à l’honneur, à la probité ou aux bonnes mœurs ;
5° Ne pas avoir été frappée de faillite personnelle ou d’une autre sanction édictée en application du livre VI du code de commerce relatif aux difficultés des entreprises.
