Article R414-2 of the French Consumer Code

The approval gives rise to the issue of an identification number for the installation corresponding to the model defined by order of the ministers responsible for consumption, agriculture and industry.
This approval may be suspended or withdrawn by the prefect, once the installation or the conditions for monitoring and controlling the process no longer comply with the provisions of this chapter.

Article R414-2

L’agrément donne lieu à la délivrance d’un numéro d’identification de l’installation correspondant au modèle défini par arrêté des ministres chargés de la consommation, de l’agriculture et de l’industrie.
Cet agrément peut être suspendu ou retiré par le préfet, dès lors que l’installation ou les conditions de surveillance et de contrôle du procédé ne satisfont plus aux dispositions du présent chapitre.
