The placement agreement is concluded between the trainee, the training establishment or the employer established abroad and the host company in France or the training organisation mentioned in article L. 6351-1 of the French Labour Code.
The work placement agreement includes the clauses provided for by the decree adopted for the application of the second paragraph of article L. 124-1 of the Education Code, except where one of these clauses is clearly not applicable.
In the case provided for in 1° of article R. 426-16, the trainee receives a bonus under the conditions provided for by article L. 124-6 of the Education Code.
In the case provided for in 3° of article R. 426-16, the placement agreement is concluded between the trainee, the host establishment, the organisation that is party to the international cooperation agreement mentioned in article L. 6134-1 of the Public Health Code and, if different, the organisation responsible for reimbursing the elements of remuneration.
The training agreement may not confer on the trainee the status of employee in the company or health establishment receiving him/her.
