Article R426-22 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The training agreement, any amendments thereto and proof of approval by the Prefect shall be presented at the request of any of the control officers mentioned in Article L. 8271-1-2 of the Labour Code or as part of an inspection concerning the administrative or health organisation of a public or private not-for-profit health establishment.

La convention de stage, son avenant éventuel et les éléments de preuve du visa par le préfet sont présentés à toute demande des agents de contrôle mentionnés à l’article L. 8271-1-2 du code du travail ou dans le cadre d’une inspection visant l’organisation administrative ou sanitaire d’un établissement de santé public ou privé à but non lucratif.
