Notwithstanding articles 22, 24 and 26 of Decree no. 78-704 of 3 July 1978 relating to the application of Law no. 78-9 of 4 January 1978 amending Title IX of Book III of the Civil Code, the company is exempt from publishing the notices provided for in these articles in a legal gazette.

Par dérogation aux articles 22, 24 et 26 du décret n° 78-704 du 3 juillet 1978 relatif à l’application de la loi n° 78-9 du 4 janvier 1978 modifiant le titre IX du livre III du code civil, la société est dispensée d’insérer dans un journal d’annonces légales les avis prévus à ces articles.
