Article R4412-155 of the French Labour Code

In the formula set out in article R. 4412-154, the following definitions apply:

1° Cns, the concentration of non-silicogenic respirable dust in mg/m³, which corresponds to the difference between the total concentration of respirable dust and the sum of the concentrations corresponding to crystalline silica;

2° (Repealed);

3° Cq, the concentration of quartz in mg/m³;

4° Cc, the concentration of cristobalite in mg/m³;

5° Ct, the concentration of tridymite in mg/m³.

Dans la formule énoncée à l’article R. 4412-154, on entend par :


1° Cns, la concentration en poussières alvéolaires non silicogènes en mg / m ³, qui correspond à la différence entre la concentration totale des poussières alvéolaires et la somme des concentrations correspondant aux silices cristallines ;


2° (Abrogé) ;


3° Cq, la concentration en quartz en mg / m ³ ;


4° Cc, la concentration en cristobalite en mg / m ³ ;


5° Ct, la concentration en tridymite en mg / m ³.
