Article R451-1 of the French Insurance Code

The information body referred to in article L. 451-1 is designated by an order of the Minister for the Economy. It shall respond to the requests provided for in the same article within a maximum of seven days from receipt of the request.

It shall cooperate with the information bodies of the other Member States of the European Union to obtain or provide the information mentioned in the same article.

Article R451-1

L’organisme d’information mentionné à l’article L. 451-1 est désigné par un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie. Il répond aux demandes prévues au même article, dans un délai maximum de sept jours à compter de la réception de la demande.

Il coopère avec les organismes d’information des autres Etats membres de l’Union européenne pour obtenir ou fournir les informations mentionnées au même article.
