Article R4625-18 of the French Labour Code

When the temporary worker assignment contract is signed, the temporary work undertaking and the user undertaking inform each other of the identity of their occupational health and safety service.

The user undertaking shall inform the temporary work undertaking whether the workstation occupied by the worker presents any particular risks as referred to in article L. 4624-2.

The occupational physicians of the temporary work undertaking and the user undertaking are also informed.

Lors de la signature du contrat de mise à disposition du travailleur temporaire, l’entreprise de travail temporaire et l’entreprise utilisatrice se transmettent l’identité de leur service de prévention et de santé au travail.


L’entreprise utilisatrice indique à l’entreprise de travail temporaire si le poste de travail occupé par le travailleur présente des risques particuliers mentionné à l’article L. 4624-2.

Les médecins du travail de l’entreprise de travail temporaire et de l’entreprise utilisatrice sont également informés.
