Article R513-31 of the French Insurance Code

The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall immediately inform the public of the withdrawal of authorisation by means of a press release posted on its website. It shall also immediately inform the body referred to in Article L. 512-1, which shall publish this information on its website.

The association concerned shall inform its members of its withdrawal of approval by any means as soon as it receives notification. It will inform them that they have the three-month period referred to in article R. 513-2 to join another approved professional association.

L’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution informe sans délai le public du retrait d’agrément par voie de communiqué mis en ligne sur son site internet. Elle en informe également sans délai l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 512-1, lequel publie cette information sur son site internet.

L’association concernée informe ses membres de son retrait d’agrément par tout moyen dès réception de sa notification. Elle leur indique qu’ils disposent du délai de trois mois mentionné à l’article R. 513-2 pour adhérer à une autre association professionnelle agréée.
